Biggie Boy Games ("we," "us," or "our") makes the Orbit Forge mobile game for Android and iOS.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Orbit Forge uses, where that information is kept, and the choices you have.

The short version

Orbit Forge does not require an account or sign-in.
We do not collect, receive, or store your personal information.
The game has no advertising and no analytics or tracking from us.
Your game progress, settings, and pilot profile stay on your device.
We do not sell or share your personal information.

Information We Collect

Biggie Boy Games does not collect personal information through Orbit Forge. The game does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, date of birth, or payment information, and it does not send your gameplay data to our servers.

Information Stored on Your Device

To work properly, Orbit Forge stores the following information locally on your device:

Game progress: your board, items, currencies, upgrades, levels, and tutorial progress, plus a few backup copies of that save in case a save is interrupted.
Pilot profile: the callsign you type or generate and the portrait you pick from the game's built-in portraits. Your callsign is only shown to you inside the game. We recommend that you do not use your real full name as your callsign.
Settings: preferences such as music and sound effect volume.
Time information: the time you last played, so the game can calculate progress made while you were away.

This information is not sent to us. If your device's own backup feature is turned on (for example, Android backup or iCloud backup), your operating system may include this game data in your device backups. Those backups are handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.

Device Permissions

Orbit Forge does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, location, or other personal data on your device. The game can be played without an internet connection.

Advertising and Purchases

Orbit Forge does not show ads. All in-game currencies and upgrades are earned by playing. The game does not currently offer purchases made with real money.

Third-Party Services

Some third parties may process limited information when you download or run Orbit Forge. We do not control these services, and they handle information under their own privacy policies.

App stores. Google Play and the Apple App Store process information needed to deliver, install, and update the game, such as your store account and device details. See Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy. The stores may also provide us with aggregated, non-identifying statistics such as install counts and crash reports.
Unity. Orbit Forge is built with the Unity game engine. The engine may collect limited technical information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, and hardware capabilities. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

How We Share Information

Because we do not collect personal information through Orbit Forge, we have no personal information to sell, rent, or share with anyone.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not keep an account database or server-side copy of your Orbit Forge data.

You can delete all Orbit Forge data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the game or by clearing the app's data in your device settings. Deleted game data cannot be recovered by us.

Data Security

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security features. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but keeping data on your device means we do not transmit or hold it.

Children's Privacy

Orbit Forge is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The pilot callsign stays on the device and is never sent to us.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (European Union and United Kingdom) or the CCPA (California) may give you rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because we do not collect or hold personal information through Orbit Forge, we have no such information to provide or delete. You control your game data directly on your device, as described above. Future Features

If we add features that change how information is handled, such as cloud saves, leaderboards, achievements, advertising, or in-app purchases, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features are released.
